A hands reflexology massage is a therapeutic method of relieving pain that can alleviate allergy symptoms, as well as stress, back pain and chronic fatigue, by stimulating predefined pressure points on both hands, starting with the fingers of the palm working down to the wrist then  the areas on the sides and top.

These pressure points are connected directly through the nervous system and affect the body organs and glands promoting the proper function of all organs and increasing the way to better health, being beneficial for the heart. It’s also used to treat ailments such as  a cold, headaches (migraine or sinus induced), and asthma.

Our hands are perhaps the most active parts of the human body these days.
